Seemed like a bargain and a great chance to get a backup or replacement board for my current ATX systems. I'm really disappointed, especially when it comes to documentation. There essentially isn't any documentation. The extremely thin "quick start" pamphlet turns out to be the only documentation for the motherboard and the FoxConn web site offers nothing more than a PDF copy of the same useless quick start guide that came in the box.

The most important connection points aren't given a single word in the documentation. The example that comes immediately mind are the power connectors for the motherboard and 4-pin cpu voltage -- they are not mentioned anywhere. Not a single word. Instead, the so-called "help" concentrates on the least important things -- cd audio connector to the motherboard, mic in, line in, etc.

After fighting 3 days to get the motherboard installed and my system up and running, using hardware that has been tested & working in other systems I own, I've removed the obvious weak link and tossed the motherboard in the trash.

 "Old school Motherboard" 2009-06-11

I bought this a while back (last year) and never got around to installing it. I had an old HP751n Pavillion and MB components started failing one by one. Network, USB1 slots etc. I use it as a video server for the house. I finally got the time to swap it out and it worked first time. Very easy to do. The board is also Bios Overclock-able, so I tried that out and got the CPU to run just short of 4Ghz, yes amazing, but the CPU is old and I think even at that speed the newer 2 core CPU will outrun it without much effort. The memory kept crashing at that speed, but that was the memory, not the board. I also bought hi-speed memory (hi-speed for the time anyway) but forgot about it. The next day while throwing out the old stuff, I found the sticks and put them in. Next thing you know, The desktop was now stable at that speed. I guess I should add that I have water cooling, I installed it a longtime ago because ambient where I live is 34C for most of the year. Air cooling doesn't work where I am from, the CPU just throttles back to protect it self. and you are stuck with a slow PC no matter what you bought.

So all in all a success. No I did not leave it Maxed out, its now running at 3.26Ghz and its doing fine. Its been on now for 1 month nonstop without issues. That stability is due to the board. If you need a video server or Proxy/VPN server, this is cheap way to get that done.
