I am going to have to disagree with the other reviewer and say: this is a GREAT motherboard! I am so impressed.
(AS A SIDE NOTE: THIS BOARD DOES FIT THE PENTIUM 4 SERIES AS LONG AS IT IS SOCKET 775)
Having gone with pretty run-of-the-mill motherboards in the past, perhaps some of my enthusiasm comes from the initial shock any overclocker will feel...but this motherboard really does rock!!!
The overclocking features are MORE THAN ENOUGH for most moderate overclockers. If you happen to have two NVidia video cards then get ready to have some upscaled graphics experiences!
The build is solid - BEWARE this is a big motherboard. It will take up all the extra vertical space in you ATX tower. I personally see this as a good thing!
The features on it are everything you will need! I have two SATA harddrives (with space for two more), 4GB of DDR2 RAM, enough space for a LARGE Zalman cooler, a 1GB Geforce 9800 and front Firewire/card-reader/USB...with room for lots more.
This is a great motherboard and although it is a little pricey, I am so impressed that I am not bothered by the extra 10 bucks that it cost as supposed to other boards of this calibre.
I have been building computers since 2002, and I have to say that this is one of the better motherboards. It is possible that the other reviewer received two mobo's produced around the same time - manufacturer defects tend to run for a little while until things are pointed out. I have been running this setup for a while now and have had no problems!
No complaints, plenty to rave about.

Okay, I have been in IT for about 15 years now, and this is flat out the worse board I have ever purchased.
I have worked with MSI, ECS, etc.. all those boards have always done well and have never given any problems. Well, since ECS is no longer being sold as a majority, I decided to give XFX a try, twice.. one for myself and one for a client, and we both have had the same EXACT issues. Both of our motherboards didn't keep the BIOS settings, both of them have had the CMOS battery die (more than once), and my clients MB died when I hooked the power supply up to it, just flat out shorted out; it took XFX over two weeks to send me a replacement.
This is the worse board, I can't get over how upset I am with this.
