The photo showed Rev2, but got Rev1, btw i love it, its mighty powerful and it has a ton of ways to update the Bios and overclock it, i got the q6600 and ddr3 reaper form ocz cl6, its a monster, in win7 i got 7.1 on cpu and ram, btw i have 4gb of ram and 4 harddrives and its working perfect with an 600w ocz modular psu, love it but gave it the 4 stars because of the rev that amazon is selling.
in the mean while, the mb i got has the ram slots colored in blue and white, not red and green as the photo states.

The board is constructed with 2oz copper for its inner layer for more cooling. Gigabyte mother boards are known for having good cost boards with a lot of features for computer tweakers and overclockers.
I bought this for an Intel quad core that uses the LGA 775 socket.
The manual for installing was a bit "Engrishy" as it wasn't extremely well written but I was able to follow it well enough for my first build.

When putting together this system, you need to use a PS/2 Keyboard because by default it is the only detection. Go into the bios to change it. Just to let you know there are a lot of tweaks so if you don't know what you're doing best advice is to be careful. Now the good thing about this board is that it does allow for a backup bios in case one corrupts but the included software with Gigabyte is a bit confusing at best. I haven't seen Easy Tune actually start up with its interface, even though I have clicked on it in Windows 7 and tried running it as an administrator. It does come with a trial version of Norton but after its expiration I'll be looking for some different Anti-Virus software.
Another word of caution is to manually set the timings for your RAM sticks because this can be picky about the kind of memory you put in.
I had no issues with the board so far, and everything works great. I only had issues with configuring wires with the PSU but that's always the fun with building computers. This however is my first build.
For the price and the features it came with, this is a very sturdy board. The temps run pretty low.
